The real problem is with the thesparticusarena.com zone:

% dig thesparticusarena.com axfr @68.145.122.20

Where are the A records for ns1.thesparticusarena.com and
ns5.thesparticusarena.com (the domain is delegated to both of those
names)? Where is the NS record for ns1.thesparticusarena.com? Whoever set
up this zone went to all the trouble of creating a nice descriptive
TXT record, but they forgot certain critical elements which would make
this domain work reliably.

A 3-day TTL is a little excessive IMO for "leaf" records like A & TXT:
does the admin realize that it'll take that long for any changes to those
records to be seen by the rest of the Internet?

Since leadfoundation.ca is delegated to thesparticusarena.com
nameservers, these problems affect it as well.
