Well BIND 9.1.2 is well past its "use by" date. I would recommend
	upgrading.

	As for resolution speed.

Exactly how are you measuring it?
How many records is the server serving?
	What platform is this?
	How much memory?
	What else is it doing?
Is the server authoritative only or is it caching as well?
