BIND upgrade to 8.3.1, but still old version with nslookup!!!!

your new package installs the binaries in /usr/local/sbin, while your old
binary remians in /usr/sbin

In addition you must adjust your startup scripts to reflect the new location
of bind and all other toold installed.

( i myself have a habit of overwriting the old binaries instead, with the
added hazard that any future upgrade will overwrite the same binaries Grrr)
