acl in also-notify statement

I disagree that the documentation is not clear:

also-notify { ip_addr [port ip_port] ; [ ip_addr [port ip_port] ; ... ] };

also-notify

      Defines a global list of IP addresses of name servers

Nowhere in there does it mention acl's.
