DNS ISSUES WITH QWEST

Your 2 nameservers do not have A records.  This is likely the cause of the
problems you are seeing.

I also note that both of these name servers have glue records that list the
same IP address.  You need 2 independant name servers.

This record is missing the trailing dot.  It is not related to your problem.
