is it possible?

I think that my bind dns server deesn't work well.
and I executed netstat -na at my dns server.

bind version is bind-8.2.3-1 and redhat 7.0, kernel is 2.4.18.

belows are netstat -na result.

udp      316      0 211.1.1.1:48632      164.124.101.2:53        
ESTABLISHED
udp      252      0 211.1.1.1:34168      164.124.101.2:53        
ESTABLISHED
udp        0      0 211.1.1.1:33913      164.124.101.2:53        
ESTABLISHED
udp        0      0 211.1.1.1:39548      211.233.83.9:53         
ESTABLISHED
udp      252      0 211.1.1.1:33404      164.124.101.2:53        
ESTABLISHED
udp        0      0 211.1.1.1:38909      211.233.83.9:53         
ESTABLISHED
udp      284      0 211.1.1.1:33406      168.126.63.1:53         
ESTABLISHED
   
as you see, the state is ESTABLISHED, and the protocol is UDP.
Is it possible?
ESTABLISHED state is available only TCP protocol, right?
and this state remains continuously.
What's the matter and how can I solve this problem?
