Changing a DNS servers hostname

You also need to update the zone file for abcd.com and change not
just the NS records but also the SOA record to reflect the new name
of the master. Don't forget to update the serial number. If you have
dynamic update enabled for the zone, you need to use nsupdate to
do this.
