You can start with the 'named-bootconf.sh' tool, which is also
mentioned in "doc/misc/migration-4to9".  That file, plus the
"migration" file in the same directory, can be very helpful.  I don't
have anywhere near that many zones that I personally edit, so I haven't
written any scripts; but they would be very simple.

Congratulations on getting your company to move into the 21st century!
