Need help with simple DNS setup

When I try to query your server I get "Connection refused"; is your
nameserver running?  Also make sure you don't block TCP or UDP port 53 in
your firewall.

When I query the slave server SMTU.MT.RS.ELS-GMS.ATT.NET, it doesn't seem
to have the zone loaded.  Perhaps the problem connecting to your server has
prevented it from doing a zone transfer.  You did tell AT&T to configure
the slave zone, didn't you?
