Questions about Reverse Lookup Zone file!

Well, first you have to get qwest to delegate your address space to you.
Then, follow the instructions that they give you about how they handle
RFC2317 delegations. There are somewhat standard schemes, but you'll
need to discover which one qwest is using and follow it.
