How do you plan to use it?

Authoritive server for your domains?  Allow inbound tcp and udp 53.

Recursive server for your clients?  Allow outbound tcp and udp 53 and
inbound tcp and udp on the port specified in the query-source option.  Or
better yet, use a stateful firewall to allow only responses to your queries.
