BIND 9.2.1 for NT crashes with "assertion failure"

	Just because named reports itself as 9.2.1 doesn't
	mean that you are not using the 9.2.0 dlls.

	Uninstall (to get rid of the 9.2.0 versions of the dlls)
	then re-install.
