The 'tar ball' for BIND 9.2.1 source code has a "migration"
document in the doc/misc directory (see www.isc.org). Mail me
off list if you want a copy emailed, but the tar ball also has a
copy of the Administrators Reference Manual, so even if you are
upgrading using binary packages it is a handy download.
