Zone transfer 9.1.0 ==> 4.9.3

Try setting transfer-format one-answer.  BIND 9, by default does zone
transfers with many-answers which I don't believe BIND 4 recognizes.
You might want to ask him by he is still running such an old version of
BIND with all of its security vunerabilities.
