RAQ4 domain name resolves to hostname

Thumbs:  What is your real domain name?  It's hard to trouble-shoot the problem without being able to query the root servers, your name server, etc ourselves.

My RAQ4's machine name is ns1.website.com. When I type in www.website.com it
resolves to ns1.website.com, how can I get my domain to resolve to
www.website.com?
