That's the NS record on the primary server itself.
ns1.ci.orlando.fl.us isn't authoritative for the domain. If the
registration is wrong, get it corrected. Since Verisign requires you to
list at least two nameservers, you'll need to get a slave server. Make
sure you include it in the NS records in the zone file.
