Try paying the bill from your registrar. You've probably not paid for
the renewal of the registration. Your domain isn't known to the .com
name servers, which explains why nobody can find it. We get an
NXDOMAIN response -- "no such host/domain" -- when looking up the
name. When you query your local name server, you get answers because
your server has been configured to serve the zone.

The whois information is irrelevant. This is a different service and
protocol from the DNS and just because there's an entry in the
"database" for one of these doesn't mean there is (or has to be) an
entry in database for the other. What's probably happened is that the
petersblackhole.com was removed from the .com zone when the
registration expired and you didn't renew it. The whois database
didn't get updated when this happened. Or else your registrar has
screwed up by creating the whois entry and then didn't tell the .com
registry about your domain name.
