Ignoring all the mess of the different names of DNS servers in
the delegation, and that one of the servers is completely
dead....

The last remaining name server doesn't return authoritative
answers.

So basically no server knows how to answer correctly for
rochanasmit.com, and hasn't since June if the SOA's are to be
believed.

What's amazing is that anything works at all, rather than just
needing a few attempts.
