Thanks for your help. I manage to follow your settings but still found 
errors.

"rndc: decode base64 secret: bad base64 encoding"

- named.conf :

options {
  directory "/var/named";

};

controls {
   inet 127.0.0.1 allow { localhost; } keys { rndc_key; };
}

key rndc_key {
   algorithm "hmac-md5";
    secret "xxxxx";

- rndc.conf :

key rndc_key {
