Do you really mean WIINT? Normally Windows NT (and 2000 A.K.A. NT 5
alike) installs into \WINNT.

Also, it may help if you tell us what version of BIND you are running,
and on what exact platform? I am running a BIND 8.2.4-NT2-REL on a
Windows 2000 server and it works perfectly fine.
