Slave server problems

I would just change them all from slave to master, add an appropriate
allow-transfer{} clause, and possibly when power comes back up either
revert this new master to slave, or convert the old master to a slave.

To make sure everything is cleared, stopping and restarting BIND might
be a good thing to do after making these changes. And make sure the
appropriate persons have read/write access to the zone files.

They might not _look_ very well, but they will do the job.
