tsig zone transfer problem with 8.2.3 and 8.2.5

What happens if you try allow-transfer{key "martinstest.";}; in the
zone clause?

Also do you really want a period at the end of the zone name? (How
does BIND handle that, anyway? I'm only using the "plain" domain names
with no trailing period.)
