BIND-9.2.0rc9 error: libnsl.so.1: version `SUNW_1.7' not found (required by file ./bind-9.2.0rc9/sbin/named)

AFAIK we have no Solaris 7 boxes around here any more (they're all either
newer or older than that), so I can't give you a definitive answer.

But, I do have a question: did you build BIND on the same version of the
OS as you are attempting to run it on?
