Updating secondary NS

No. Telepathy is not a skill that name servers possess. How could a
name server be expected to know which zones it served and where to get
the from (or allow queries, zone transfers, etc) unless it read that
information from its config file? Think about it. If maintaining two
named.conf files is too hard for you (one for the master, one for the
slave) write a script that generates these from a meta-file which is
updated whenever you add or remove zones.
