allow-query

I am using bind-8.2.3-REL on RH Linux 6.2.
In my /etc/named.conf

options {

       allow-query {mylocalnet; localhost;};

};

zone "my-domain" {
       type master;
       allow-query {any;};
};

I have defined 'allow-query' under 'zone' to make my
domain resolvable from the outside world and is using
'allow-query' in 'options' to stop using the others my
DNS service, am i doing right or there is some
configuration mistake?
