I can't change my name server for domain registered through Network Solutions.

And you don't find it odd that ns1.10dash.com is *already* in the .com servers
as a nameserver for 10dash.com? How did it get there without a host record???

As I said in my response to this poster, it's not clear who's at fault here.
But the fact that the WHOIS server of eNameCo -- the registrar for 10dash.com
-- apparently can't look up *any* host records tends to cast suspicion
slightly more on them than NSI. If, as it appears, eNameCo's interface to the
"host" part of the shared registry is fundamentally broken, it's quite
possible that they might have inserted some bad data for ns1.10dash.com into
the "host" database...
