package.  Look in the appropriate subdirectory for documentation.

	I believe that this comes with the software.  See above.

	I understand that BINDv9 is addressed in the 4th edition of the 
book _DNS and BIND_ by Cricket Liu and Paul Albitz, published by 
O'Reilly & Assoc.  IIRC, I recently heard on this list that it should 
be shipping in April, and you can pre-order your copy at 
barnesandnoble.com, among other places.
