1) Search the archives of this list at isc.org; this question has been
   answered before.

2) What do you want to block?  Your DNS is already not accepting the
   dynamic DNS update; that is what the "unapproved update" message
   says.  As for how to stop the dynamic DNS update from occurring,
   see 1).
