         Yes and no.  The tools only kit is available for NT and Win2K. You can
   get them from http://bind8nt.meiway.com/download.cfm.  The tools only kit
   is after the full BIND 8 kit.  The tools don't work on Win9x.  They've been tried
   and don't work.  There were dll issues and I wasn't going to go to any effort to
   get them to work.
