Hosting multiple domain names by using ONLY one static ip

Yes it is possible, although you will not be able to use SSL encryption do
to it's 1 ip per domain requirement.  This is not a DNS issue, it is an
Apache one.  Just point all the www.foos.com to your static address
and set up your virtual servers in httpd.conf. It's quite easy really.
