Problem with Bind 9.1.0 on RH6.1

	Actually I would be looking a file permissions.  Named
	drops most root capabilities including those to read arbitary
	files on Linux.

	BIND 9 is a complete re-write.  People should read the
	documentation as just about every question being asked here
	is covered in the documentation.
