Syntax of LOC Record is okay for bind8 but not bind9.

	Thank you!  I forgot to do that.  I was simply calling it
as  named-checkzone okstate.hosts and simply forgot the domain
okstate.edu.  After fixing the LOC records and calling the
named-checkzone with both arguments, it sailed quietly through all 24901
lines and printed OK.
