         No. I need more information in order to figure out what's going on so that
it can get fixed.

         These are both normal messages and can be safely ignored.  It's trying
  to notify ndc that it's running in a way that can only be done on Unix.

         No these are normal.

         I'd need more detailed information in order to answer this.
