root NS list in hints for class 1 does not match root NS list

Hello All

I am running bind-8.2.3
I am continuously getting the below error messages

root NS list in hints for class 1 does not match root NS list
no A records for nj300003.company.com class 1 in hints

below is my db.cache file


.               99999999        IN      NS      nj100003b.company.com.
nj100003b.company.com.    99999999        IN      A       198.152.6.13
