qserial_query message in logs

Hi,

Does anybody know what is causing this message to appear in my logs?

Feb  1 11:16:48 r3dhcp01 named[18823]: qserial_query(58.192.in-addr.arpa):
sysquery FAILED

- It only appears with the in-addr.arpa domains, not any of the others
- It appears on all of the secondary servers, but not the primary
- The zone files are identical on all of the servers, and all the named
processes were restarted after the files were uploaded.
- I'm using BIND 4.9.7
