The only way I can think of that you'd be getting this error is if you had
delegated 10.10.10.in-addr.arpa as a subzone. Is that the case? If so, then
those CNAMEs simply don't belong in the 10.10.in-addr.arpa zonefile --
whomever you delegated the subzone to will need to maintain those CNAMEs in
the zonefile for 10.10.10.in-addr.arpa.
