ns.tmx.com.ni is not in the acnic.com.ni domain so you shouldn't be trying to
define it in the acnic.com.ni zonefile. Take it out of that zonefile. Presumably
it's already defined in the tmx.com.ni so it would be redundant anyway, and could
possibly lead to conflicts and inconsistencies.

By the way, why have two nameservers for a domain with the same IP address? The
whole point of having multiple nameservers for a domain is redundancy. Perhaps
you just mistyped -- maybe "ns.acnic.com.ni" should be in the NS record instead
of "acnic.com.ni"? That would make more sense, given what's in your SOA record...
