Seems like you are NOT posting authentic data - that reverse zone file
will _not_ do what you say it does. IP octets in reverse zone files
are written in reversed order, so you want #.216.11.10.in-addr.arpa
and not 10.11.216.#.in-addr.arpa.

Your problem, anyway, is that you lack periods after the names. Add
those, and it should work the way you want it to.

BIND will always qualify a name that does not end in a period ('.') by
appending the current $ORIGIN.
