$ cd bind-9.1.3
$ ./configure --disable-threads ...
$ make
$ su -c 'make install'

What you are seeing is the multithreading. If you recompile with the
multithreading code disabled, you will only see one named process;
though it will be less efficient, especially if you have many zones.
