Bind 8.2.2 not starting on reboot

No idea how to start it automatically.

BIND 8.2.2 has known security vulnerabilities. A common sympton
of people attempting to exploit this vulnerability is the server
crashes, although as far as I know it usually restarts if they
were unsuccessful.

I would assume this server has been compromised unless you have
good reason not to, and build a new DNS server with version
8.2.4 (or 9.1.3) of BIND.
