	If you use BIND 9, you can build it with support for threads. 
Indeed, previous versions of BIND 9 turned this on by default, but 
too many OSes have problems with their threading libraries, so they 
decided to default this feature off.

	Use multi-threaded BIND 9, and there will be background threads 
that continue to load zones, while the foreground threads will start
