Actually MS does not support it either. Their implementation
does not match their draft. BIND 9.1 or 9.2 should support
gss-tsig. There are no plans for adding GSS-TSIG support to
	BIND 8.

And is unlikly that it ever will. Support requires server
side extentsions which by the time MS released a spec for
were obsolete. I asked MS for them years earlier.

Actually it does support UTF8. If you put UTF8 in the labels
it will happily serve it. You just have to convert the UTF8 to
	RFC1034 for entry.
