DNS routing problem?

I am having troubles with this one... My primary DNS is not getting a =
reply back from lblesd.k12.or.us wen doing a nslookup but, I can ping it =
and traceroute.  Occasionally I see the following message in my log:

Oct  4 16:50:42 capsrv named[927]: unapproved AXFR  from [127.0.0.1].33322 =
for "lblesd.k12.or.us" (not zone top)

Is this a routing problem or DNS, any ideas about the message? =20
