Problems with NDC

	ndc expects to find a socket at /usr/local/etc/ndc and found
	some other type of file. e.g. ndc from a old release.
	The other common problem is setting DESTRUN and DESTSBIN to
	be the same directory in src/port/solaris/Makefile.set.
