hi, i am using bind, and i have seen that on my network traffic graphs, there is a hourly cleaning that prevents named from answering to incoming queries during a short period of time. So my question is, for several thousands of hosted zones, what should be the cleaning interval for tuning the performance of the bind server? thanks ...a unix sysadmin...
