What kind of systems are the clients? On a Unix system, you just configure /etc/resolv.conf (and also /etc/named.conf and perhaps startup scripts if you want to run a local nameserver). On a WinTel system which is just going to be dependent on the Linux box for name
resolution, point the resolver configuration to that IP address. In Win9x, you do this under the "DNS Configuration" tab for whatever connection you're configuring under Settings>Control Panel>Network.
