That address is already assigned to proxy.kolbsoft.com. Probably you have to do a "change host record" before you
can do a "change nameserver", since otherwise it'll try to create a new host record, and that will conflict with
the existing one.

As for queries not working from the outside, this probably has nothing to do with your registry problems. You have
only one nameserver in your delegations (the aforementioned 64.6.168.144), and it is unreachable, at least from
here. You're supposed to have multiple nameservers FOR JUST THIS REASON.
