If you have to tell your ISP this, get a new ISP!

Assuming the entire 209.88.89.0/24 class C has been assigned to you, they
should add the following lines to the 88.209.in-addr.arpa zone file:

89 IN NS yourserver
   IN NS yourotherserver

If only part of the class C has been assigned to you, the classless
delegation mechanism in RFC 2317 should be used.
