[Off topic] How do I change my contact Info

If I cannot send email from the address specified in my contact information,
how can I change my contact information?

Basically my server moved (changed IP address) before I could change the
registration information.  The server had the address underwhich my contact
was registered.  Now I cannot receive mail at that address.  I figure that
if the internic's registration change message confirmation bounces, then so
will my attempt to change my registration.
