Several problems here:

a) You must write FQDNs with a trailing dot on the right hand side,
    i.e.

248.5 IN PTR supernova.test.com.

    Otherwise BIND appends the current origin (168.192.in-addr.arpa).

b) Writing an NS RR means delegating a subdomain, which is
    obviously not what you want. I'd suggest throwing out the
    two NS RRs I cited above.

c) MX RRs do not make sense here either, IMHO. Or do you really
    want to be able to send mail to user at 234.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa?
    Throw them out too.
